In case of regret, we inform you that it is not possible to request cancellation or exchange of tickets after 7 days from the date of purchase and not 48 hours before the date of the event.
Each ticket is a "unique product", meaning after your purchase it will be unavailable to anyone else. For this reason, the return or exchange of tickets by Tickets4Way may be requested only within the deadline mentioned above.
It is not possible to cancel the tickets after the date of the presentation of the show.
The refund of the ticket amount will be made, excluding service charges (convenience) and delivery (if any).
For purchases made at ticket offices or points of sale, the request must be made in person at the same place of purchase.
The exchange or cancellation can only be made upon the return of the tickets by the customer.
The return or exchange at the box office of the show houses will be subject to the rules of the box office itself.
What is the deadline for the canceled purchase chargeback?
The chargeback of purchases made with credit cards is made on the card itself, being credited to the next or subsequent invoice, according to the closing date of your invoice. If the tickets are in the possession of the customer, this term is counted from the receipt of the tickets in Tickets4Way. Debit purchases can vary from 7 to 15 days within 15 business days after the return of tickets to Tickets4Way.
In case of cancellation or alteration of the event, will I be advised?
In case of cancellations or changes in events Tickets4Way notifies all customers through email and telephone contact registered at the time of purchase of tickets, so it is very important to keep your registration always up to date and with the correct information.
In addition to the contact made by Tickets4Way the official announcement of cancellation usually takes place on the website of the venue and / or on the website of the producer responsible for the show.
What happens if the show or show is canceled?

Tickets are canceled in our system and the amounts related to the tickets are fully refunded in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
For tickets purchased at ticket offices or points of sale, the requests follow the same policy above and must be made in person at the same place of purchase.

In case of cancellation of the event, will I receive my money back?
Yes! Do not worry, we'll take care of your refund in these cases. All those who have purchased tickets will be reimbursed. The official cancellation announcement usually takes place on the site of the event and / or the venue responsible for the show and Tickets4way contacts all registered customers informing them of the cancellation.
The refund of amounts will occur in the sales channel where the ticket was purchased, upon return of the ticket, in case of purchase at physical point of sale.
The purchases via Internet, will be automatically canceled and asked for the reversal of the ticket amount and convenience fee. The refund on the card's invoice will follow the rules of each operator / issuing bank and may be credited to the next or subsequent invoice, according to the closing date of the invoice.
In the case of purchases made in debit card or cash, the chargeback will be made as deposit in the current account informed by the customer.
