  1. The ticket is valid only for the date, time, place and seat for which it was issued. Valid as a proof of payment, given the ticket identification number, event, price and date.
  2. Check carefully the data of your ticket (show, day, time, quantity, value and armchairs). You must reach the event at least 30 minutes in advance.
  3. The event begins strictly at the scheduled time and entrance will not be allowed after the start of the show.
  4. There will be no ticket exchange, no refund of money in case of delay or purchase repurchase on the eve of the show.
  5. The purchase of tickets made by the customer may be made up to the maximum limit specified on the site.
  6. We are not responsible for tickets purchased outside our official points of sale.
  7. Tickets purchased through the sales channels (telephone, internet and points of sale) will be subject to the addition of the convenience fee per ticket and installment payment if it is chosen at the time of purchase.
  8. For your safety and the organization of the event, the Voucher (proof of withdrawal of ticket at the box office) must be accompanied by the holder of the purchase, upon presentation of the identity document.
  9. The customer must make sure that receiving messages correctly in the electronic mail, to guarantee the receipt of the tickets, and Tickets4way is exempt from any responsibility in case the customer's message box is full or refusing to receive new e- mails, being this one of personal or professional use, being the responsibility of the client to contact Tickets4Way to claim the non-receipt, if this happens by e-mail customer.service@tickets4way.com or by message in the WhatsApp 321 444-9065.
